to Lilliput Lodge Day Nursery

Situated on Livingston Road in Hessle close to the Humber Bridge we are a 42-place nursery, which caters for children from 6 weeks old up to school age. We are open Monday to Friday 7.30am-6.15 pm except bank holidays and 1 week at Christmas.

• Meal times are fun where all children have a varied and well balanced diet having nutritious home cooked food, starting the day with a big breakfast served between 7.30 and 9.00 followed by a filling lunch at 11.30 and we end the day with a topping tea at 3.30. If your child has any special dietary requirement our experienced cook is only too happy to give advice and cook an alternative.
• There are 3 large rooms all brightly coloured, filled with plenty of visuals to offer a stimulating environment for your child.
• In all the rooms we have staff that are fully qualified. All staff participate in extra training towards their childcare qualification: a total of 32 hours per year or more. Training includes child protection, accidents and illness in children, child behaviour, all of which staff have completed successfully.
• All our staff are also trained in first aid and are able to confidently deal with all accidents providing lots of tender loving care and reassurance.
• Regular trips and outings are organized for the children as well as visits from various organizations such as dentist, police etc and trips to a museum and to the theatre to see Noddy.
