June 2004 - Staff Awards

CONGRATULATIONS to Lindsey Mcadam (on the left) and Kelly Tasker, who won the staff awards from all the staff for June 2004, Kelly by the Hessle staff and Lindsey from the Hull staff.

It has not been possible to have the two together due to holidays and or doing other training. Both Lindsey's award and Kelly's are well founded as both have taken on a great deal of responsibility and setting high standards on their own areas.

Kelly has taken on the supervisory role in Hessle and is giving good leadership and motivating others to maintain high standards as outlined in Hessle's recent OFSTED report. Lindsey is also helping others to ensure that all of the planning in Hull and Hessle is of the highest quality.

Thank you to all the staff for taking the time and effort to vote for two well motivated and keen team members of Lilliput Lodge.
