Lilliput Lodge has its 10th anniversary this month

Parents were asked to make comments about the Hessle nursery which opened in February 1997.

George asked if he could write about the nursery and this is what he said, with no additions or amendments:

“My name is George Humble. I am 7 years old. I went to this nursery from when I was a baby, up until I was three years old. I really enjoyed playing with my friends, playing in the garden, and especially eating Linda's meals! I still go to take my younger brother, Matthew to the nursery and really enjoy going to the parties at the nursery. I think the staff are really nice and I think the nursery is excellent”.

George comes from one of a great number of parents in Hessle who have been with us some time. If you have a similar story to tell then please let us know for this special occasion.

George is so pleased with the nursery he has been planning and will bring along his own cake that he has made himself!! to say thank you to the staff, and in particular Linda, our chef, who has been with us all this time and before.
