Our Summer Fair 2006

Enjoying ourselves - and putting in some effort for others!

Summer fair on Saturday 29 July, in aid of the charity chosen by staff: Make a Wish - a local charity to give terminally ill children in Hull their special wish. Lauren Johnson and Leanne Bishop present our cheque to David Horner: Presenting the cheque

LILLIPUT LODGE ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME AND EFFORT STAFF HAVE PUT IN ALREADY TO SATURDAY'S EVENT.

In addition the following individuals have been very generous in giving the items outlined for the raffles and tombola for this deserving local charity:

Woodford Leisure Centre 2 family swims for 2 adults and 3 children
The Deep 1 family ticket for 2 adults and 3 children
Country Park Inn 1 meal for 2 people

One particular parent always gives us a great deal of support, and that is "Fletcher's mum" Karen Peart, of Wold Egg company, despite the name the company provides a great deal of catering supplies for various companies locally and beyond the Humber region. Karen always provides various refreshments from cans of drink to various other food supplies which are a great help in particular for this charity.
I trust that you will all recognise our supporters as well as Karen for the time, effort and general help throughout the year.

Any people that add further gifts then we will add to this list.

We will inform you early next week with photos as to how much raised. Once again in advance, thanks to the staff and please turn up for a fun day to help a local charity.
