14/02/2010	Chinese New Year	View	All together celebrated Chinese New Year, this year is the year of the tiger. All the children enjoyed learning about the Chinese New Year and even got the chance to try different chinese foods. On top of this all the children had ago at using chop sticks to eat their food. Below are some picture from our experience.
22/03/2010	Easter Activies	View	All the children at Lilliput Lodge had lots of fun for Easter celebrations. We all participated in many Easter activities such as an Easter Bonnet Parade, Easter Egg Hunt, we also made Easter biscuits as well as making Easter baskets. All the children made lots of effort with help from their parents to prepare an Easter bonnet. So thank you to all of the parents from Lilliput Lodge and the children for all their help and hard work. They was all fantastic and the parade was an excellent success.
14/04/2010	Congratulations	View	At the staff meeting on April 14th 2010 five members of staff that has completed five year plus of service with the company were presented with a gift to thank them for their hard work, loyalty and commitment. 08/05/2010	Occational Hike Working With the Salvation Army	View	On the 8th May 2010 Lilliput Lodge staff gave up a saturday to Enjoy! a trek with the salvation army in Hull. We were lucky to have a dry day and the weather turned out very sunny in the afternoon. The total distance we covered was just over 11 miles. The route was from Cave Castle hotel, into South Cave, turning right and across the golf course to the main road heading towards Market Weighton. We then tuened right for a long slog up past the quarry and down to the old railway tunnel and again a sharp hill right to the Walkington road. We then headed back down the hill coming through the farms to meet the Market Weighton road, which we then had to go up and then a left turn to North Road.. We then took footpaths generally back through Everthorpe then back to Cave Castle. We would like to offer a Special Thanks to Cave Castle, who put a great deal of effort supplying an excellent high tea with scones with jam cream and lots of tea and coffee. The extra effort was laying all the food out like silver service in their main function rooms. A great deal of effort went into making people feel very special, be they from Lilliput Lodge or the Salvation Army. Ray Van Spall
19/05/2010	Toddle Waddle	View	All the staff and children at Lillyput Lodge Participated in the Toddle Waddle. This was to raise money for the Meningitous Trust
25/05/2010	Happy 8th Birthday	View	Today all the children celebrated Lilliput Lodges 8th Birthday. We all celebrated with a big party all joining in by either wearing fancy dress or our pyjamas. Also all the children had fun playing lots of party games and a huge tea party. After our humongous tea party, we all enjoyed some of Lilliput Lodges delicious birthday cake.
