Our style and approach is unique in that all our staff have a formal opportunity to influence how we work with parents. Parents are encouraged to express their opinions on a daily basis and have a major influence in how the Nursery is run Feedback also takes place in a formal review mechanism setup on a regular monthly basis.
The combined approach demonstrates how we are able to treat each family individually and enables Lilliput Lodge to cater for everyone's needs.
